Our team

From the very start, the Company has been operating in close cooperation with a Polish managerial staff.

As the Company grew, both the structure and number of administration employees and those directly related to production changed. At the beginning of our operation, i.e. in 2007, with the partial vegetable production, the total number of all employees was over 250, and today it amounts to 60.

As a result of the implementation of our employment system, we improve and adjust work efficiency to remuneration.

The implemented organizational changes also included the introduction of corporate governance in compliance with the standards of the Norblin Capital Group.
